Introduction
The conditions on this page apply to advertising and participation in the Healthcare Benefits website and digital publication. An advertiser accepts them when buying space or submitting material for promotion.
Advertising Content
Each advertiser must ensure that its artwork, wording, images and offer information are accurate. Healthcare Benefits can decline material or ask for changes if it is misleading, offensive or unsuitable for the readership and purpose of the service.
Payment and Placement
Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, an advertising booking is confirmed after payment. The position, publication timing and appearance of a placement can depend on the campaign, publishing schedule and space available.
No Guaranteed Response
A placement introduces an advertiser to NHS readers; it does not promise a particular number of clicks, enquiries, sales or conversions. Results vary with the offer, its relevance to readers, seasonal demand and market circumstances.
Cancellation and Liability
The cancellation arrangements agreed when booking remain applicable. Liability cannot exceed the fees paid for the placement concerned, and Healthcare Benefits accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses resulting from campaign performance.
Governing Law
Unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise, the laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Use of the service confirms that the relevant terms have been read and accepted by the advertiser or user.
